  I would have rated with zero stars if it was possible. I was having a hard time finding sewing thread to repair my canvas and was told to try this canvas shop. I needed something strong and uv resistant for my boat canvas. I wish I had a camera when I asked this shop if they sold thread. You would have thought I was asking if they could cure cancer. Needless to say, they wouldnt sell me any thread. Not sure of the woman's name, but she was one of the rudest people I've ever met. She looked at me like I was a complete fool. Like I was going to a canvas shop to buy a new car. There are plenty of other options when it comes to canvas shops in the marblehead and port clinton area. How you treat people when they walk into your business says alot. If you think about it, if a guy is looking to buy a spool of thread to fix his canvas, then it may be coming time to have a new canvas made. Not a good way to draw in business if you're not even willing to help the small buyers.
